Location was great as there were plenty of ski lifts and train station nearby. Hotel facilities were modern and well-appointed, including a nice sauna. The staff was fantastic and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Also, the free covered parking was a real plus for this expensive area.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the fantastic location. Situated close to the train station and bus stop, it was easy to explore the area without any hassle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities were well-maintained, and my room had a lovely view of the surrounding alpine valley. I also appreciated that breakfast was included in the price, adding to the overall convenience of my stay.
No negatives, everything exceeded my expectations.

As we were with young kids, having a play area in walking distance, with a fantastic restaurant in that playground, gave us an amazing night at the resort, before catching Bernina express next morning.

Free parking. Proximity to skiing and skating venues. Helpful and accommodating staff. Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Good food at the restaurant. Upgraded to a nicer room. Short walk to train station. Affordable compared to St. Moritz hotels
Could not be improved in any way.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and warm fire in the lobby. the hotel has a great location close to the train station and some lovely walking paths. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly.
the breakfast was average and did not offer much variety, and the dinners were below expectations for the price we paid.

When I checked out they said they didn't accept Visa. They only agreed to my paying with Visa when I stated I had booked through Booked.net and didn't recall any mention of Visa not being accepted.

Conveniently located just a short walk from the train station and with a quirky access system to the rooms, this hotel offers reasonable value for budget-conscious travellers. The room may be a little basic but it was cozy enough for a two-night stay, and the breakfast spread had enough options to satisfy us. Plus, the hair dryer included was a nice touch.
The hotel may be cheaper than others in the area, but it showed in the lack of amenities. The bathroom had no individual toiletries which was slightly inconvenient. The restaurant was a self-service buffet style that was open to the public, which detracted from the hotel guests' privacy and exclusivity. Furthermore, the gym and sauna facility came at an additional cost which was a disappointment. All in all, not the most romantic escape we had envisioned.
